Silent Auction Events 2010 Silent Aution Once again, the MFSC will be holding a silent auction at the 28th Annual Fall Conference. This year, the proceeds of the auction will benefit Little Mary's Hospitality House located in Wellston Michigan. Little Mary's serves families who have children with catastrophic, debilitating, life threatening, or terminal illnesses by providing them with a memorable vacation free of charge. For more information about Little Mary's, go to their website at http://littlemarys.org. In addition, proceeds will also go to the MFSC scholarship program. Updates about the auction and a list of items received so far will be posted to this website closer to the conference.
Note: MFSC accepts MasterCard and Visa for silent auction purchases. Silent Auction History Since 2004, the Michigan Family Support Council conducted successful and very rewarding silent auction events at its Annual Fall Training Conference in Boyne Highlands. MFSC partnered with Camp Highfields, Whaley Childrens' Center and the Penrickton Center for Blind Children over the years to raise funds in support of Michigan families.
2009 Silent Auction For the 27th Annual MFSC Conference, the Council presented the Penrickton Center for Blind Children with a donation of $5,980.72 that was raised by the conference silent auction. In addition, approximately $4,300.00 was also raised by the auction and applied towards the scholarship program for future conference attendees.
2008 Silent Auction At the 26th Annual MFSC Conference, the Council presented the Penrickton Center for Blind Children with a donation check of $5,789.00 that was raised by the conference silent auction. In addition, other funds raised by the auction were applied towards the scholarship program for future conference attendees. View the pictures below from the center.
2007 Silent Auction At the 25th Annual MFSC Conference, the Council presented the Whaley Children's Center with a donation check of $2,734.20 that was raised by the conference silent auction. In addition, other funds raised by the auction were applied towards the scholarship program for future conference attendees.
2006 Silent Auction At the 24th Annual MFSC Conference, the Council presented the Whaley Children's Center with a donation check of $1,542.90 that was raised by the conference silent auction. In addition, other funds raised by the auction were applied towards the scholarship program for future conference attendees.
2005 Silent Auction At the 23rd Annual MFSC Conference, the Council presented Camp Highfields with a donation check of $1,500.00 that was raised by the conference silent auction. In addition, other funds raised by the auction were applied towards the scholarship program for future conference attendees.
2004 Silent Auction At the 22nd Annual MFSC conference, the Council's first silent auction was conducted for charity and conference scholarships. The Council presented Camp Highfields with a donation check of $1,480.00 that was raised by the conference silent auction. In addition, other funds raised by the auction were applied towards the scholarship program for future conference attendees.
